Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship to all of the UK.

European Shipping
We are able to ship to all EU member states, though costs vary widely across countries. Please call for quotes on European shipping

International Shipping
We are unable to ship furhter than the EU directly though we are able to send lecterns to an International shipping agent in the UK or facilitate collection from our premises by the customers own International shipping company. 

Export Licenses
The Customer is responsible for arranging all import and export permissions

Standard Items

All standard in-stock items are usually processed and shipped the same day if the order is received before 12:00 orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the next day.

Custom Items 
Shipment times for Custom items vary between 3 to 5 days and are given in the individual product description.

Bespoke Items 
Shipment timescales for bespoke products will be given by quotation or at the time of placing the order.

Packaging
Items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transportation. All Lecterns are wrapped in protective film and secured to a pallet for ease of mechanical aided handling and transportation.

Delivery Timescales
On in-stock items we offer 3 day delivery as standard with the option of overnight, next day and week-end delivery at an extra cost.

Acceptance of Delivery

The customer must be available to sign for delivery.  The shipping company will unload the shipment from the vehicle at the customers address. It is the responsibility of the customer to transport the shipment from the vehicle drop off point to where the item is to be finally sited.

Damaged Goods 
In the unlikely event that the item appears to have been damaged in transit the customer must refuse delivery so the item can be returned to Nova Lecterns for inspection. Upon refusing delivery the customer must inform Novarylic Engineering immediately by phone or if outside normal working hours via the contact us  page on the website. Once delivery has been accepted any damage to the item will only be made good at the customer's expense.

Collection from our premises

We are happy for our customers to collect their items from our factory in Warwickshire by prior arrangement.

Packaging for Collection
Collected items will be wrapped in protective film ready for transportation. A charge will be made if the items are requested to be crated or palletised.
